Creating Space in Your Life

When you decide to let go of things that aren't supporting the highest version of yourself - old patterns, negative habits, limiting beliefs, unhealthy relationships - you create space for better things to come into your life.

Letting go sounds nice but it isn't always easy - some patterns (even ones we know are keeping us stuck) - have served a purpose. Up to this point, they've kept us in a safe little comfort zone of familiarity.

For instance, if you need to let go of procrastinating on things that are important to you, then you also need to let go of the reason behind the procrastination. Maybe it's fear of failure or being seen. Maybe it's perfectionism.

You know if you want to create that life you're dreaming about and pursue that purpose in your heart, procrastination isn't going to get you there.

Letting go is freeing, exciting, and scary. It takes courage and faith. It creates space for you to trust in yourself and your purpose and to fully show up as the person you were created to be.

The things you desire aren't inside you by accident. They're totally possible for you!

It's possible for you to create the business of your dreams.

It's possible for you to have fulfilling and deep relationships.

It's possible for you to make a huge impact on your community.

It's possible for you to feel vibrant and healthy.

It's possible for you to be calm and wildly successful.

What can you let go of this week in order to create space for what you really crave in your life? Write it out in your journal and commit to taking 1-3 actions that align with that this week.
