Taking Action

"I'm so tired of feeling like I'm just reacting to life. I want to feel calm and collected so I can actually thrive."

One of the most impactful things I do each week is sit down on Sunday evenings and loot at the week ahead, set intentions, and put my non-negotiables in my schedule.

It takes me about 20 mins and completely alters my productivity for the week. It also saves me mental energy and helps me focus. Now, when I start my week, the most important things are planned. I'm not trying to decide which tasks to work on and when I should do what.

It's amazing how much time this saves me. I like to start out by asking myself these 3 questions above. They help me prioritize the most important things and overcome any fears or imposter syndrome that might come up during my week.

It also helps build self-trust and other habits that have insane long-term rewards and help me thrive in my life.

If you want to thrive in your day-to-day life, spend some time this evening going through these questions and planning your week out.

Cheers to a new week and new possibilities!
